This segment stirred a very special memory for me. When my oldest daughter “outgrew” the infant swing in our house, I built an “”uber”-(so named by my daughters) swing inside our house. We were living in Minnesota so the utilitarian part of me wanted a year-round event. My wife and I observed our oldest daughter and then our other two daughters spend many, many hours on that swing. The “sweak” was a very familiar sound and serves as a reminder of the awesome gift of life and childhood that is given by God.
Thanks for the memory!

Stan, sweet playset. I’m coming over with my boys to play at your house. Seriously though, “childlike faith” has been the exact thought topic I’ve been meditating on recently. As I look at life through the eyes of my boys, life is so simple and fun to them. My plan is to continue this journey with the focus on childlike faith. It’s a fun journey to be on.

Mesmerized by the floating camera. Where can I get one of those?
